ABOUT OLD CAPITAL TAVERN

We’re always bringing you the best in craft beer at the Old Capital Tavern. But, we’ve also got outstanding fine dining as well as a great selection of scotch, bourbon, and whiskey. Our goal is simple: deliver amazing craft beer and outstanding fine dining to the people of Sauk Rapids, Saint Cloud, Sartell, Waite Park and the surrounding area. We’ve recently updated our website – making it easier to navigate with a PC, tablet, or smartphone. Sunday Brunch: 10AM to 2PM.

House smoked beef brisket served with spicy coleslaw, green beans, jalapeno cornbread, garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and gravy

Gorgonzola Chicken & Pear Salad

Candied walnuts, sun-dried cranberries, gorgonzola cheese, and grilled chicken breast dressed with our house-made prickly pear gorgonzola vinaigrette.

Beet Salad

Grilled beets, candied walnuts, red onions and goat cheese served on a bed of spinach and spring greens.

Bison Burger

Hand pattied bison, French onion compote, sliced jalapeno, and gruyere cheese on a brioche bun

House smoked corned beef brisket, homemade 1000 island dressing, red & green cabbage sauerkraut, & spicy giardiniera veggies served on pumpernickel bread with Swiss cheese.
